What should we do if the refrigeration capacity of the refrigerator decreases?

2023-03-15

A typical malfunction that lithium bromide refrigeration units often encounter during operation is a decrease in the refrigeration capacity of the refrigeration unit. Don't panic when encountering faults, analyze the waves before proceeding!(1) Determine whether the heat source system is unobstructed and whether it can provide normal heating; Observe the solution temperature of the high-pressure generator to determine the normal operation of the heating system.(2) Detect the specific gravity of refrigerant water to determine its purity. Its specific gravity must be within 1.04, otherwise it will be judged as refrigerant water contamination.(3) The inlet temperature of the cooling water must be maintained at around 32 degrees. If it is high, the cooling capacity will decrease, while if it is low, the cooling capacity of the unit will increase, making it easier for the unit to enter an icy state. Therefore, the cooling tower of the cooling water must be regularly refueled and maintained to maintain normal operation and reduce the failure rate of the unit.(4) Observing the changes in the vacuum degree of the unit, if the vacuum degree is higher than 150Pa, turn on the external vacuum pump of the unit to evacuate the entire machine and ensure that the vacuum degree meets the standard. Generally, the reason for poor vacuum degree is often due to valve damage or external wall leakage during the operation of the unit, which reduces the vacuum degree of the unit, thereby reducing the refrigeration capacity of the unit, and even causing the unit to not cool.
